Russian banking sector recovers

There is a clear indication that the Russian banking sector is coming out of the dead end. Confidence by the investors is back, deposits are growing and the international rating is improving . If only the commodities stock exchange will be less volatile than the trend will be a very good one for Russia and other emerging economies.
